Business Process Transformation Consultant

Role Description

Confiance is seeking qualified candidates to excel in the position of Business Process Transformation Consultant, and may be located at the company's corporate headquarters in Reston, Virginia. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering Confiance business transformation services for clients in both commercial and public industries. This individual will work for Consulting Manager and will be deployed either as part of an engagement team or individually at client locations much of the year. The candidate must be able to develop strong relationships with existing and new clients. This is a growth opportunity in our company, with career path alternatives into client-facing business transformation consulting or other delivery organization advancement. We have successfully hired individuals with MBA's and relevant prior work experience, and we will provide training in BPM tools and methodologies as required.

You really need several of the following skills and experiences to be a successful applicant for this position:

  • Consulting experience working with best in class BPM software tools and platforms such as ARIS, Metastorm, Nimbus, Lombardi and/or Oracle BPA 
  • Knowledge of BPM and/or EA methodologies such as Hammer, Zachman, BPMN, Rummler Brache, DODAF 
  • Understanding of and/or experience applying reference frameworks such as AQPC, SCOR, VCOR, etc.
  • Process improvement project responsibilities: current state process analysis and identification of improvement opportunities; future state processes innovation, design and modeling including impact analysis in terms of capabilities, organizational requirements, application implications, etc.

The successful candidate will be responsible for selling Confiance business transformation services consisting of: consulting, packaged solutions, and software resale in both commercial and public industries. This individual will work with the head of Sales, and you will be integral to driving revenue opportunities through prospecting, business development, acquisition, development, and existing client expansion. The candidate must be able to develop strong relationships with existing and new clients. Sales Engineer- Business Process Transformation

Role Description

Confiance is seeking qualified candidates to excel in the position of Sales Engineer, located at the company’s corporate headquarters in Reston, Virginia.  The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with our head of Sales and channel partners as the primary technical resource in support of selling Confiance business transformation services consisting of: consulting, packaged solutions, and training. Sales Engineers are responsible for actively driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process, working in conjunction with the internal and external sales teams as the key technical advisor and product advocate as well as building strong relationships with key sponsors during and after the sales-cycle.  This individual will work with our internal team and our technology business partners to develop, demonstrate, and support BPM/EA/BPMS/SOA solutions to potential clients.  The candidate must be able to develop strong relationships with existing and new clients, and you will be the day-to-day contact person for our external technology partners.  You will understand their technology so well that they view you as an integral member of their sales team.  At the same time, you are able to assist the client in going beyond the technology sale to integrate the necessary consulting, staffing, and training elements for a successful transformation which meets/exceeds ROI expectations.  This is a growth opportunity in our company, with career path alternatives into more senior client-facing business transformation consulting or other sales organization advancement.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with, and support, sales team members to conduct product demonstrations, technical briefings, proofs of concept and proofs of technology.
