Our client was spending too much time, money and effort on administering and managing their BPM ARIS training initiative.  Furthermore the company needed to train a large targeted group of employees in the use and application of BPM and specifically ARIS in Germany, UK and USA.  The Confiance Group was able to assist with the following principal objectives:

The Challenge
