The Confiance Group collaborates with our clients to identify requirements and then work with our e-Learning team comprised of domain experts, instructional designers, graphics designers, and technologists to develop your e-Learning program.

We follow the IER (Inform, Elucidate and Reinforce) instructional approach to create e-Learning programs.  This approach, in conjunction with different instructional models such as Bloom’s Taxonomy, Robert Gagne’s 9-step approach, and the ARCS model, facilitates an optimum learning experience.

We address both conceptual and practical application of various tools.  Our e-Learning modules are organized as self-paced learning and include corresponding self-assessments and certifications.
